ARMEX Soda blasting > GloveBox soda blast cabinet

The GloveBox System is a cabinet system specially designed for use with one-pass media like ARMEX. With the GloveBox system the items are placed inside a cabinet where they're cleaned by the operator using a direct pressure blast system.

The filter and separator are specially designed to work with one-pass media like ARMEX. One-pass media result in heavy dust loads after impact due to its friability.
All used media and contamination is being sucked out of the cabinet by the ventilator of the filter and separated from the air stream by the separator cyclone and a special filter cartridge.
The cyclone separates the heavy particles, being spent media, from the air stream. This is collected in a plastic bag. The finest dust is separated by a filter cartridge which is cleaned automatically during the process. This dust is also collected in a plastic bag.

Fast and thorough cleaning of i.e. engine/machine parts and molds without any damage to the substrate!
