Blasting cabinets > Pressure feed blasting cabinets

For the treatment of large numbers of parts, or removing heavy pollution, coating or mill scale, direct pressure blasting is the most effective blast method. A small blastpot is used to put the abrasive under the same pressure as the transportation air. By means of gravity the abrasive ‘falls' into this air stream and is carried along. The right amount of abrasive media is carefully distributed by the metering valve.

The output of direct pressure blasting is 5 to 10 times higher than suction feed blasting. With our special mini blastpot directly under the hopper, a pressure blast cabinet is now available for everybody.

The FOX 50 P is an economical but professional pressure blast cabinet. Components like the dust collector are designed for blasting a couple of ours per week.

The industrial VM range is designed for intensive use. The dust extraction has filter cartridges which are being cleaned automatically. Furthermore a slam shut door and halogen lighting are used.
