Blasting and degreasing in one step, for a smoother surface than dry blasting. Dust-free process with minimal risk of abrasive entrapment, ideal for non-ferrous materials and restoration projects.
Every blasting application is unique and requires a machine that optimally supports your process. With AquaBlast wet blasting cabinets, you can increase efficiency, reduce turnaround times and achieve consistently high-quality results.
AquaBlast wet blasting combines water with abrasive in a slurry, preventing the abrasive from rebounding and ensuring that it is evenly “pressed” over the surface of the workpiece. This results in a significantly smoother and denser surface than with dry blasting. In addition, the water component ensures a dust-free finish and minimises the risk of abrasive entrapment.
The combination of abrasive and water (and possibly a degreasing agent) allows oil and grease to be removed in the same operation, often eliminating the need for additional pre-treatment.
Thanks to the dense and extremely smooth blasting result, wet blasting is ideal for:
Every company is unique and every blasting application requires an individual approach. Therefore, we are happy to offer a free machine proposal tailored specifically to your needs.
