Ease of use, high production, reliability and low maintenance requirements are not the only advantages of our blast pots. To keep production costs as low as possible, our blast pots feature very precise abrasive metering (with no slow ‘start-up’).
Type of contamination, material type, finishing requirements and surface roughness are all factors determining the right choice of abrasive. The degree of reuse is also important in blast rooms.
The size of the blasting project determines which compressor capacity is most suitable. In addition, it is crucial to ensure dry and clean compressed air to prevent blockages in the blast pot and optimise the quality of the blasted surface for subsequent production processes, such as paint spraying.
