Frequently asked questions

  • What should you consider when buying a vacuum blast machine?

An effective suction unit, tailored to the type of blasting and the length of the hoses, is crucial to keep abrasive and dust within the blast and suction head. To ensure this also during the start and stop of the blasting process, proper time-controlled switching on and off of vacuum, compressed air and abrasive media is important. Automatic filter cleaning with a release valve simplifies dust disposal and guarantees long-term, trouble-free extraction.

  • Where is vacuum blasting most commonly used?

Vacuum blasting has a limited speed compared to open blasting. Therefore, this blasting method is mainly used for spot-repair, treating welds and in-situ blasting. It must be possible to completely close off the blasting area with the brush of the blast and suction head, for which different shapes and sizes of brushes are available.

  • What is the warranty?

Our machines are designed and built with intensive use in mind. We use only original high-end components and vacuum units. Therefore, we offer a 3-year manufacturer's warranty on our vacuum blasters with the exception of wear parts. Ask for our terms and conditions for more details.
