Industrial cleaning demands thorough and safe cleaning without affecting the object’s surface. The original baking soda abrasive ARMEX does just that. In addition to cleaning purposes ARMEX can also be used to effectively remove paint.
Gritco’s high quality blast pots
Although other (fine) abrasives can be used, Gritco’s MicroStrip series is especially designed for the precise metering of abrasives and blast pressure that substantiate efficient and cost effective use of ARMEX abrasives.
Gritco’s aftercoolers
Especially when blasting fine abrasives (like soda blasting media) preventing blast pot blockage and securing a constant metered flow the use of a cooler (possibly extended with filters) which delivers dry air is essential.

The right compressor
“More power means more work” is especially true for the last part of the blasting chain: the compressor. More air means faster progress simply because of the possibility to use larger nozzles creating larger blasting patterns. Therefore compressor capacities can vary from 1.5 to 7 m3/min.
